Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education for the SUSANVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT (SSD), 109 Gilman Street, Susanville, CA 96130 will receive sealed proposals for Request for Proposal “FY2026 Internet Access Services” for the following:

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR:
FY2026 Erate Category One-Internet Access Services

Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Susanville School District, Business Office, 109 Gilman Street, Susanville, CA 96130 by January 16, 2026 @ 3:00PM. Proposals shall be opened and read aloud at the above-stated time and place.

 

Susanville SD FY2026 Internet Access RFP proposal package, specifications and Erate Form 470 are available on the district website at www.susanvillesd.org and the USAC EPC Portal site https://portal.usac.org/suite/

 

Susanville SD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive irregularities in any bid. Refer to the formal bid documents and specifications for additional information, terms, and conditions.

 

The products and services provided under this RFP is contingent upon Susanville SD receiving a formal E-Rate USAC/SLD letter of commitment.
